Welcome to Mofilo. By downloading, accessing, or using the Mofilo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1 Using Mofilo & Your Responsibilities

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your email and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use:

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Data Accuracy:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the financial data you enter into the App. Mofilo is a tool for organization, and its output is dependent on the quality of the data you provide.

2 Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, including the Mofilo name, logo, features, design, and overall look and feel, are the exclusive property of its creator, Bagus. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use these assets without prior written permission.

3 User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of the financial information and any other content you enter into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant me a license only to store this data locally on your device as directed by your use of the App's functionalities. I do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

4 Not Financial Advice

Mofilo is an informational and organizational tool only. It is not intended to provide, and should not be interpreted as, legal, tax, or financial advice. I am not a financial planner, broker, or tax advisor. The App is designed to help you organize and understand your finances, but all financial decisions you make based on this information are your own. I strongly recommend consulting with a qualified professional for personalized financial advice.

5 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. I do my best to ensure it is stable and reliable, but I cannot guarantee that it will be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as an individual creator, I expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or losses that might result from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creator of Mofilo (Bagus) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

7 Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8 Governing Law

Any disputes related to these Terms or the App will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9 Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. I will do my best to notify you of any significant changes, which may include updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
